SJVN Pay Scale and Allowances

Selected candidates will be offered a fixed remuneration corresponding to their years of experience:

Field Engineer/Officer with 14 years experience: Rs. 1,18,000 per month
Field Engineer/Officer with 10 years experience: Rs. 97,000 per month
Field Engineer/Officer with 6 years experience: Rs. 80,000 per month

Additional project location allowance up to 100% of fixed pay
Annual increment from 3% to 5% based on performance
30 days earned leave per year, encashable during the contract period
Medical insurance coverage up to Rs. 10 lakhs for self and family
